Global Source Management specializes in the import and distribution of castings and machining from overseas sources. We pride ourselves in our ability to take care of a customer every step of the way from quote to delivery of production orders. Today's marketplace demands a quality product at a great price without sacrificing lead times. We are able to achieve this through the following approach:
1) Quality- We use only factories who have a proven quality track record. We also provide a "process upgrade" when feasible; for instance, if your casting is currently manufactured as a sand casting, we will generally upgrade it to a shell molded or investment cast part. This gives you a aesthetically superior casting without the typical high costs of tooling and production. (As compared to a domestic source)
2) Price - We consistently offer incredibly competitive pricing. 20-50% savings as compared to a domestic source is what our customer's find to be pretty standard.
3) Lead Times - After sample approval, production orders take approximately 10-12 weeks to reach your door. To some of our customer's this is acceptable. To those who prefer to keep lead times down, we offer a stocking program to hold your parts stateside in our warehouse and release parts to you on a blanket order. This program is extremely flexible to accomodate your needs.
